Evaluating my first attempt at film editing

When I was editing the film I chose, I think I was good at finding the correct sounds to go with the pictures it was showing.
I also think I was good at placing the sounds in the correct place.

When I was editing the film, one think I could’ve improved on was working at a faster speed to get more done.
Another thing I can do in my next lesson is to blend the music and sounds into eachother so that it’s not just making a sound after another else it won’t sound right.

analysing horror poster

This image of this poster makes you want to watch the movie because this little girls eyes are a lot lighter than what they usually should be. This will make you feel consernd and worried about what has happened.  This film would be terrifying to watch because maybe it would have something to do with possession and she doesn't look very cheerful either.  They have used colours such as black, brown and white for this image because these colours make some people think of death so maybe there is some kind of murder or death in this film.  As you can see its not only the little girls eyes that are white, her face is also pale and her lips are like a brown / grey colour. There is no background in this photo as you can only see her face but i think this film would be really good to watch and it would be really horrifying.
